国际造型艺术家协会（IAA）成立于1954年，是由画家、雕塑家和其他从事视觉艺术的艺术家组成的非政府美术组织，隶属于联合国教科文组织，会员由来自世界5大洲100多个国家，是人们了解当代世界美术的窗口，被誉为“美术界的联合国”。
